Frequently Asked Questions Before Booking a Lesson
How can I book a lesson?
Lessons take place online via Zoom, either one-to-one, in a duo or in a small group. Lessons are adapted to your level and learning goals.
How do the lessons work?
Lessons are one-to-one and take place online via Zoom, at a time we agree on together. Each lesson is tailored to your level, goals, and learning pace.
When and how do I pay for the lessons?
Payment is required before the lessons begin, either by bank transfer or PayPal. An invoice will be sent after payment is received.
Can I cancel or reschedule a lesson?
Individual lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. For duo and small-group lessons, scheduled classes are not rescheduled or refunded if one participant is absent. If I cancel a lesson, it will of course be rescheduled.
What happens if I am late or absent?
If you are late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. For an individual lesson, if I haven’t heard from you, the lesson will be considered completed after 10 minutes of waiting. For duo or small-group lessons, the lesson will start at the scheduled time even if one person is absent or late.
How long are lesson packages valid?
Individual lesson packages are valid for 6 months from the date of the first lesson. Duo and small-group lessons take place on the dates scheduled in advance. If I cancel a lesson, it will be rescheduled.
Are the lessons refundable?
Completed lessons are non-refundable. For individual lesson packages, a refund may be considered after the first lesson only, subject to the applicable terms and conditions. Duo and small-group lessons are not refunded if a participant is absent.
